Our standard roof lights are manufactured using a 6mm clear toughed safety glass on the outside, with a 6mm low\u2019e\u2019 coated glass on the inside of the property along with a 20mm black thermal spacer bar to give a high level of energy efficiency, the outer pane has an overhang of 150mm on each edge, with\u00a0 <\/span>a\u00a0 <\/span>black silicone seal smear to conceal the frame work bellow\u00a0 <\/span>giving your project a smart tidy finish<\/p>\n As these are made to order quickly in house, it allows the specification to be adapted to your needs if you need a specific size, a different overhang, a different spacer bar thickness, if you need it to be triple glazed or you require a specific glass thickness or type such as self cleaning, or a tinted finish we can make it for you<\/p>\n The units are sealed using both a butyle primary sealant and a dowsil\u00a0 <\/span>3363 silicone sealant complying to European technical approval 13\/0359 tested according to en15434 and manufactured to bs1279part2\/3 resistant to ultraviolet and ozone<\/p>\n Due to the strength of the sealant it allows the roof lights to be installed with anywhere between a 0-60 degree angle<\/p>\n Below we have a sample of our prices based on our standard specification of 6mm clear toughened glass \u2013 20mm black warm edge spacer- 6 mm low emission toughened glass (the sizes below are based on the external size measurement, the internal measurement will be 300mm smaller due to the over hang )<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" We at Saxa Glass have very rigid quality control measures.
